You hereby authorize Techtime to declare and provide any necessary declarations to any governmental authority on your behalf, stating the aforementioned purpose for your orders placed on the Site. The Seller or Techtime reserves the right to cancel any order where the quantities ordered exceed what is typically considered reasonable for individual consumption. This limitation applies both to the number of products ordered within a single transaction and to the placement of multiple orders for the same product where the aggregate quantity across such orders exceeds typical individual consumption. All prices displayed on the Techtime platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price reflected in your Shopping Cart will always be the most current price as displayed on the product's dedicated detail page. Please be aware that this price may differ from the price initially shown when you added the item to your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee the price displayed at that time.

যেহেতু টেকটাইম অসংখ্য স্বাধীন বিক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য তালিকার একটি বিস্তৃত অ্যারে হোস্ট করে, তাই প্রতিটি তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের সাথে সম্পর্কিত বিষয়বস্তুর সম্পূর্ণতা সম্পর্কে সরাসরি জ্ঞান থাকা টেকটাইমের পক্ষে অবাস্তব। তদনুসারে, টেকটাইম একটি "দাবি, পর্যালোচনা এবং টেকডাউন" প্রোটোকলের উপর কাজ করে। আপনার কি বিশ্বাস করার কারণ আছে যে সাইটে প্রদর্শিত কোনো বিষয়বস্তু বেআইনি, আপত্তিকর (সহ, কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়, এমন উপাদান যা যৌনভাবে স্পষ্ট বা বর্ণবাদ, ধর্মান্ধতা, ঘৃণা, বা শারীরিক ক্ষতির প্রচার করে), প্রতারণামূলক, বিভ্রান্তিকর, অপমানজনক, অশালীন, হয়রানিমূলক, নিন্দামূলক, মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল, অশ্লীল, অশ্লীল, অশ্লীল, যৌনতাপূর্ণ জাতিগতভাবে আপত্তিকর, অপমানজনক; অথবা অন্যথায় তৃতীয় পক্ষের জন্য ক্ষতিকর; বা অর্থ পাচার বা জুয়ার সাথে সম্পর্কিত বা প্রচার করে; বা অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের জন্য যে কোনো উপায়ে ক্ষতিকর; বা অন্য ব্যক্তির ছদ্মবেশ; বা বাংলাদেশের ঐক্য, অখণ্ডতা, নিরাপত্তা বা সার্বভৌমত্ব বা বিদেশী রাষ্ট্রের সাথে এর বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সম্পর্কের জন্য হুমকি; বা অন্যথায় যে কোনো উপায়ে আপত্তিকর বা বেআইনি; অথবা সফ্টওয়্যার ভাইরাস রয়েছে ("আপত্তিকর বিষয়বস্তু"), আপনাকে অবিলম্বে support@techtime.com.bd-এ লিখে আমাদের জানানোর জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। টেকটাইম একটি যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়সীমার মধ্যে যেকোন বৈধ আপত্তিকর বিষয়বস্তু তদন্ত ও অপসারণের জন্য বাণিজ্যিকভাবে যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা গ্রহণ করবে।

টেকটাইম, টেকটাইম লোগো, এবং আমাদের সাইটে প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য চিহ্নগুলি টেকটাইম বা প্রাসঙ্গিক এখতিয়ারে এর অনুমোদিত ট্রেডমার্ক বা নিবন্ধিত ট্রেডমার্ক৷ আমাদের গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, পৃষ্ঠা শিরোনাম, বোতাম আইকন, ব্র্যান্ড শনাক্তকারী, স্ক্রিপ্ট এবং পরিষেবার নামগুলি ট্রেডমার্ক বা ট্রেড ড্রেস গঠন করে এবং টেকটাইমের অন্তর্গত নয় এমন কোনও পণ্য বা পরিষেবার সাথে বা গ্রাহকদের মধ্যে বিভ্রান্তি সৃষ্টি করতে পারে এমন কোনও উপায়ে বা টেকটাইমকে অপমানিত বা অপমানিত করে এমন কোনও উপায়ে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না৷ এই সাইটে প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য সমস্ত ট্রেডমার্কগুলি তাদের নিজ নিজ মালিকদের সম্পত্তি, যারা টেকটাইম দ্বারা অনুমোদিত, সংযুক্ত বা অনুমোদিত হতে পারে বা নাও পারে৷
সমস্ত বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তির অধিকার, নিবন্ধিত বা অনিবন্ধিত হোক না কেন, সাইটে এবং সাইটে প্রদর্শিত তথ্য সামগ্রী, এবং ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইনের সমস্ত দিক, যার মধ্যে টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, সফ্টওয়্যার, ফটোগ্রাফ, ভিডিও সামগ্রী, সঙ্গীত, শব্দ উপাদান এবং তাদের নির্বাচন এবং বিন্যাস, সেইসাথে সমস্ত সফ্টওয়্যার সংকলন, অন্তর্নিহিত সোর্স কোড এবং সফ্টওয়্যার এর প্রাক্তন সম্পত্তি বা সফ্টওয়্যার এর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে না। বাংলাদেশের কপিরাইট আইন এবং প্রযোজ্য আন্তর্জাতিক কনভেনশনের অধীনে একটি যৌথ কাজ হিসাবে সাইটের সম্পূর্ণ বিষয়বস্তুও কপিরাইট দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত। সমস্ত অধিকার স্পষ্টভাবে সংরক্ষিত।
আপনি ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে, রক্ষা করতে এবং ধারণ করতে সম্মত হন ক্ষতিকারক টেকটাইম, এর মূল সংস্থা, সহযোগী সংস্থা, সহযোগী সংস্থা এবং তাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তা, পরিচালক, কর্মচারী এবং এজেন্টদের থেকে এবং এর বিরুদ্ধে এবং সমস্ত দাবি, দাবি, ক্রিয়া, মামলা, কার্যধারা, ক্ষতি, ক্ষতি, দায়, খরচ, এবং ব্যয় (কারণযোগ্য সীমা ছাড়াই) সম্পর্কিত:

প্ল্যাটফর্মে উপলব্ধ বিক্রেতা বা অন্যান্য পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীদের যে কোনও ক্রিয়া বা নিষ্ক্রিয়তার ফলে আপনি এতদ্বারা টেকটাইম, এর সহযোগী সংস্থাগুলি এবং এর সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তা এবং প্রতিনিধিদের যে কোনও খরচ, ক্ষতি, দায়, বা অন্যান্য পরিণতি থেকে স্পষ্টভাবে মুক্তি দিচ্ছেন। আপনি বিশেষভাবে কোনো আইন, চুক্তি, বা অন্যান্য আইনি তত্ত্বের অধীনে এই বিষয়ে আপনার থাকতে পারে এমন কোনো দাবি বা দাবি পরিত্যাগ করেন। যেহেতু টেকটাইম একটি মাল্টি-ভেন্ডর মার্কেটপ্লেস হিসাবে কাজ করে, আপনি স্বীকার করেন যে পৃথক বিক্রেতার সাথে আপনার মিথস্ক্রিয়া এবং লেনদেনগুলি শুধুমাত্র আপনার এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিক্রেতার মধ্যে, এবং টেকটাইম এই শর্তাবলীতে স্পষ্টভাবে দেওয়া ছাড়া এই ধরনের বিক্রেতাদের কোনো কাজ বা বাদ দেওয়ার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
আপনি যখন সাইটটি অ্যাক্সেস করেন বা support@techtime.com.bd এ আমাদের কাছে ইলেকট্রনিক মেইল পাঠান, আপনি টেকটাইমের সাথে ইলেকট্রনিক যোগাযোগে নিযুক্ত হন। অর্ডার বসানোর সুবিধার্থে, আপনাকে একটি বৈধ মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে। টেকটাইম আপনার সাথে ইমেল, এসএমএস বার্তা, টেলিফোন কল, বা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে, সাইটে নোটিশ পোস্ট করার মাধ্যমে, বা টেকটাইম উপযুক্ত মনে করে যোগাযোগের অন্য কোনো পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে। চুক্তিভিত্তিক উদ্দেশ্যে, আপনি এতদ্বারা টেকটাইম থেকে যোগাযোগ (লেনদেনমূলক, প্রচারমূলক, এবং/অথবা বাণিজ্যিক বার্তা সহ) পেতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন যা আপনার ওয়েবসাইটের ব্যবহার (এবং/অথবা আপনার অর্ডারের স্থান নির্ধারণ) সম্পর্কিত। আপনি আরও সম্মত হন যে সমস্ত ধরনের যোগাযোগ একই আইনি গুরুত্ব এবং প্রভাব প্রদান করা হবে।
টেকটাইমকে কোনো ব্যবসায়িক বা ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী করা হবে না, যার মধ্যে লাভ, রাজস্ব, চুক্তি, প্রত্যাশিত সঞ্চয়, ডেটা, সদিচ্ছা, বা নষ্ট ব্যয়, অথবা অন্য কোনো পরোক্ষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতি যা আপনি এবং টেকটাইম উভয়ের কাছেই যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে প্রত্যাশিত ছিল না সাইটটি ব্যবহার করা শুরু করার সময় সীমাবদ্ধ নয়। দায়বদ্ধতার এই সীমাবদ্ধতা বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত সম্পূর্ণ পরিমাণে প্রযোজ্য।
টেকটাইম পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই যেকোন সময়ে সাইট, এর নীতি, এই শর্তাবলী এবং অন্য যেকোন সর্বজনীনভাবে প্রদর্শিত শর্ত বা পরিষেবার প্রতিশ্রুতি সংশোধন করার একতরফা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। আপনার সাইটের ব্যবহার আপনার সাইটের ব্যবহারের সময় বলবৎ নীতি এবং শর্তাবলী দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে, যদি না সেই নীতিগুলির কোনও পরিবর্তন বা এই শর্তগুলি আইন বা সরকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়, এই ক্ষেত্রে তারা আইনত অনুমোদিত পরিমাণে আপনার দ্বারা পূর্বে দেওয়া যেকোনো আদেশের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে। যদি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো বিধান অবৈধ, অকার্যকর, বা কোনো কারণে অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হয়, তবে সেই নির্দিষ্ট বিধানকে বিচ্ছেদযোগ্য বলে গণ্য করা হবে এবং বাকি বিধানগুলির বৈধতা এবং প্রয়োগযোগ্যতাকে প্রভাবিত করবে না।
আপনি স্বীকার করেন এবং সম্মত হন যে টেকটাইম একটি প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড কোম্পানি এবং এটি যথাযথ এবং বাণিজ্যিকভাবে যুক্তিসঙ্গত মনে করে এর ব্যবসা পরিচালনা এবং এর উদ্দেশ্যগুলি অনুসরণ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। আপনি আরও স্বীকার করেন যে আপনার লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলীর কোনো বিধান কার্যকর করতে Techtime এর কোনো ব্যর্থতাকে পরবর্তীতে এই ধরনের বিধান বা এই শর্তাবলীর অন্য কোনো বিধান প্রয়োগ করার অধিকারের মওকুফ হিসেবে ধরা হবে না যেখানে আপনি লঙ্ঘন করেন। টেকটাইমের অধিকার এবং প্রতিকারগুলি ক্রমবর্ধমান এবং সেগুলি ব্যবহার করার ক্ষেত্রে কোনো সহনশীলতা বা বিলম্ব দ্বারা সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে না৷
Techtime-এর কাছে উপলব্ধ অন্য কোনো আইনি বা ন্যায়সঙ্গত প্রতিকার ছাড়াও, Techtime আপনাকে পূর্ব নোটিশ না দিয়েই এই নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী অবিলম্বে বাতিল করার বা এখানে প্রদত্ত আপনার যেকোনো বা সমস্ত অধিকার প্রত্যাহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এই চুক্তির যেকোন সমাপ্তির পরে, আপনি অবিলম্বে সাইটের সমস্ত অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে দেবেন। তদুপরি, টেকটাইম, অন্যান্য উপলব্ধ আইনগত বা ন্যায়সঙ্গত প্রতিকার ছাড়াও, অবিলম্বে আপনাকে জারি করা সমস্ত পাসওয়ার্ড এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট সনাক্তকরণ প্রত্যাহার করবে এবং সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিকভাবে সাইটে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার অস্বীকার করবে। এই চুক্তির যেকোন সমাপ্তি দলগুলোর নিজ নিজ অধিকার এবং বাধ্যবাধকতা (সীমা ছাড়াই, অর্থপ্রদানের বাধ্যবাধকতা সহ) ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ করবে না যা সমাপ্তির কার্যকর তারিখের আগে সংগৃহীত। আপনি আরও স্বীকার করেন এবং সম্মত হন যে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস বা অ্যাকাউন্টের এই ধরনের কোনো স্থগিতাদেশ বা সমাপ্তির ফলে টেকটাইম আপনার বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির কাছে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না। আপনি যদি সাইটের সাথে বা সাইটের ক্রিয়াকলাপ পরিচালনা করে এমন কোনো শর্ত, শর্ত, নিয়ম, নীতি, নির্দেশিকা বা অনুশীলনের সাথে অসন্তোষ প্রকাশ করেন, আপনার একমাত্র এবং একচেটিয়া উপায় হল আপনার সাইটটির ব্যবহার বন্ধ করা।
এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে এবং বোঝানো হবে। এই সাইটটি অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি টেকটাইমের মতো, ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশে অবস্থিত আদালতের একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ারে জমা দিতে সম্মত হন, যা থেকে উদ্ভূত বা সম্পর্কিত যে কোনও বিরোধের সমাধানের জন্য এই শর্তাবলী বা আপনার সাইটের ব্যবহার.
আমাদের সফ্টওয়্যারটি যেকোন সফ্টওয়্যারকে (যেকোন আপডেট বা আপগ্রেড এবং এর সাথে থাকা যেকোনো ডকুমেন্টেশন সহ) অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে যা টেকটাইম সাইটের ("সফ্টওয়্যার") সাথে আপনার ব্যবহারের জন্য সময়ে সময়ে আপনাকে উপলব্ধ করতে পারে।
এই শর্তাবলী এবং সাইটে উপলব্ধ করা অন্যান্য সম্পর্কিত প্রযোজ্য শর্তাবলী দ্বারা স্পষ্টভাবে অনুমোদিত টেকটাইম দ্বারা প্রদত্ত পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার এবং উপভোগ করতে আপনাকে সক্ষম করার উদ্দেশ্যে শুধুমাত্র সফ্টওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে একটি সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য এবং প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য লাইসেন্স দেওয়া হয়েছে। আপনার নিজের প্রোগ্রামে সফ্টওয়্যারের কোনো অংশ অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা, আপনার নিজের প্রোগ্রামগুলির সাথে এটির কোনো অংশ সংকলন করা, অন্য পরিষেবার সাথে ব্যবহারের জন্য এটি স্থানান্তর করা, বা সফ্টওয়্যার বিক্রি, ভাড়া, লিজ, ধার দেওয়া, বিতরণ, উপ-লাইসেন্সিং, বা অন্যথায় কোনো অংশে তৃতীয় পক্ষের কোনো অধিকার বা সফ্টওয়্যারকে অর্পণ করা থেকে কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ৷ বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী বেআইনি বা বেআইনি বলে বিবেচিত কোনো উদ্দেশ্যে আপনি সফটওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার করবেন না। টেকটাইম আপনার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে যেকোন সময় আপনাকে পরিষেবা দেওয়া বন্ধ করার এবং সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহার করার আপনার অধিকার শেষ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে৷ সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার অধিকার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে টেকটাইম থেকে নোটিশের কোনো প্রয়োজন ছাড়াই শেষ হয়ে যাবে যদি আপনি এখানে বা সাইটের অন্য কোথাও প্রদত্ত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে ব্যর্থ হন। নির্দিষ্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষের শর্তাবলী যা সাইটের মধ্যে থাকতে পারে বা এর সাথে বিতরণ করা হতে পারে এবং সম্পর্কিত ডকুমেন্টেশনে বিশেষভাবে চিহ্নিত করা হয় তা প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে এবং এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে কোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে এই জাতীয় তৃতীয় পক্ষের সফ্টওয়্যার ব্যবহারকে পরিচালনা করবে। আমাদের যেকোনো পরিষেবায় ব্যবহৃত সমস্ত সফ্টওয়্যার হল টেকটাইম এবং/অথবা এর সহযোগী সংস্থা বা এর সফ্টওয়্যার সরবরাহকারীদের মালিকানা সম্পত্তি এবং বাংলাদেশের কপিরাইট আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত, যার মধ্যে অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য মেধা সম্পত্তি আইন এবং আন্তর্জাতিক চুক্তিগুলি সহ কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয়।
আপনি যখন সাইটটি ব্যবহার করেন, তখন আপনি এক বা একাধিক তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা যেমন একটি বেতার ক্যারিয়ার বা একটি মোবাইল প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদানকারীর পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন৷ এই তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবাগুলির আপনার ব্যবহার এই নিজ নিজ তৃতীয় পক্ষের দ্বারা প্রতিষ্ঠিত পৃথক নীতি, ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী এবং ফি কাঠামোর অধীন হতে পারে। Techtime এই ধরনের তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবাগুলির আপনার ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে কোনও দায়বদ্ধতা গ্রহণ করে না এবং সমস্ত দায় অস্বীকার করে।
আপনি কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ, এবং আপনি অন্য কোন ব্যক্তিকে আমাদের সফ্টওয়্যারকে সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিকভাবে তৈরি করতে, অনুলিপি, পরিবর্তন, বিপরীত প্রকৌশলী, ডিকম্পাইল, বিচ্ছিন্ন করতে বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিকে উত্সাহিত, সহায়তা বা অনুমোদন করবেন না, বা সফ্টওয়্যারের উপর ভিত্তি করে বা প্রাপ্ত কোনো ডেরিভেটিভ কাজ তৈরি করতে।

অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর সাইটের বৈধ এবং উদ্দেশ্যমূলক ব্যবহার এবং উপভোগের সাথে হস্তক্ষেপ করা।
গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী নিষিদ্ধ বা বেআইনি বলে বিবেচিত যে কোনো সামগ্রী সাইটের মাধ্যমে পোস্ট করা, প্রচার করা বা প্রেরণ করা।

জাতিগতভাবে আপত্তিকর, অপমানজনক, বা কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক, গোপনীয়তা, গোপনীয়তা, বা অন্য কোনো মালিকানা তথ্য বা অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করে এমন কোনো উপাদান প্রেরণ করা।
অন্যথায় তৃতীয় পক্ষের জন্য ক্ষতিকর যে কোনো উপাদান প্রেরণ.
মানি লন্ডারিং বা জুয়ার সাথে সম্পর্কিত বা প্রচার করে এমন যেকোনো উপায়ে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করা।

পণ্যের বিক্রয় সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত বাণিজ্যিক এবং চুক্তির শর্তাবলী, যার মধ্যে মূল্য, শিপিং খরচ, অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতি, অর্থপ্রদানের শর্তাবলী, তারিখ, সময়কাল এবং বিতরণের মোড, পণ্য এবং পরিষেবাগুলির সাথে সম্পর্কিত ওয়্যারেন্টি এবং পণ্য ও পরিষেবাগুলির সাথে সম্পর্কিত বিক্রয়োত্তর পরিষেবাগুলি একচেটিয়াভাবে অফার করা হয় এবং শুধুমাত্র আপনার এবং পৃথক বিক্রেতাদের মধ্যে সম্মত হয়। টেকটাইম, একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদানকারী হিসাবে, আপনার এবং বিক্রেতাদের মধ্যে এই ধরনের বাণিজ্যিক এবং চুক্তির শর্তাবলীর অফার বা গ্রহণযোগ্যতা নির্ধারণ, উপদেশ বা কোনোভাবে নিজেকে জড়িত করে না। স্বতন্ত্র বিক্রেতা অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য(গুলি) পাঠানোর আগে যেকোনো সময় তাদের একক এবং একচেটিয়া বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার পরম অধিকার রাখে। এই ধরনের বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে, টেকটাইম আপনাকে ইমেল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে সময়মত বিজ্ঞপ্তি নিশ্চিত করবে। এই ধরনের বাতিল আদেশ(গুলি) এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত যেকোন প্রিপেইড পরিমাণ আইনিভাবে নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে আপনাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
অর্ডার দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে, আপনি প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেন এবং ওয়ারেন্টি দেন যে আপনার দ্বারা অর্ডার করা পণ্য(গুলি) বা পরিষেবা(গুলি) শুধুমাত্র আপনার অভ্যন্তরীণ বা ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য কেনা হয়েছে এবং কোন বাণিজ্যিক পুনঃবিক্রয় উদ্দেশ্যে নয়। আপনি এতদ্বারা টেকটাইমকে আপনার পক্ষ থেকে যেকোনো সরকারী কর্তৃপক্ষকে যেকোন প্রয়োজনীয় ঘোষণা ঘোষণা করতে এবং প্রদান করার জন্য অনুমোদন দিয়েছেন, সাইটে আপনার আদেশের জন্য উল্লিখিত উদ্দেশ্য উল্লেখ করে। বিক্রেতা বা টেকটাইম যে কোনও অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে যেখানে অর্ডার করা পরিমাণগুলি সাধারণত স্বতন্ত্র ব্যবহারের জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত বলে বিবেচিত হয়। এই সীমাবদ্ধতা একটি একক লেনদেনের মধ্যে অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সংখ্যা এবং একই পণ্যের জন্য একাধিক অর্ডার স্থাপনের ক্ষেত্রে উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই প্রযোজ্য যেখানে এই ধরনের অর্ডার জুড়ে সামগ্রিক পরিমাণ সাধারণ ব্যক্তিগত খরচের চেয়ে বেশি। একটি সাধারণ ব্যক্তির ব্যবহারের পরিমাণের সীমা কী গঠন করে তা নির্ধারণ করা হবে বিভিন্ন কারণের উপর ভিত্তি করে এবং বিক্রেতা বা টেকটাইমের একচেটিয়া এবং একচেটিয়া বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে হবে এবং প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রের ভিত্তিতে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
বিক্রেতার দ্বারা আপনার কাছে আইটেমটি পাঠানোর আগে যে কোনো সময় আপনার কাছে কোনো মূল্য ছাড়াই আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আপনার কাছে রয়েছে। একবার আইটেমটি পাঠানো হয়ে গেলে, বাতিলকরণটি বিক্রেতার প্রযোজ্য রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতির সাপেক্ষে হবে, যা সাইটে আপনাকে উপলব্ধ করা হবে।
টেকটাইমের প্রতিশ্রুতি হল নির্ভরযোগ্য হোম ডেলিভারি এবং গ্রাহক পরিষেবা যা প্রতিষ্ঠিত মান পূরণ করে। ফলস্বরূপ, পরিষেবার বিধান ভৌগলিক এলাকায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে যেখানে টেকটাইম বা এর মনোনীত অংশীদারদের পরিষেবার গুণমান নিশ্চিত করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অবকাঠামো রয়েছে৷ অতএব, দেশব্যাপী পরিষেবা কভারেজ অবিলম্বে সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। টেকটাইম একটি চলমান ভিত্তিতে সক্রিয়ভাবে তার ডেলিভারি নেটওয়ার্ক সম্প্রসারণ করছে। অন্তর্বর্তী সময়ে, টেকটাইম, এর কর্মচারীরা এবং প্রতিনিধিরা স্পষ্টভাবে আমাদের বর্তমান পরিষেবার ক্ষেত্রগুলির বাইরে পড়ে এমন একটি অবস্থানে যেকোন ব্যক্তি অনুরোধকারী পরিষেবাগুলির জন্য সম্মানের সাথে পরিষেবা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে৷ যদি একটি নির্দিষ্ট এলাকা সাইটে আমাদের মনোনীত পরিষেবা অবস্থান মেনুতে তালিকাভুক্ত না থাকে, তাহলে এটি নির্দেশ করে যে Techtime বর্তমানে সেই নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় পরিষেবা প্রদান করে না। উপরন্তু, এমনকি যদি আপনার শহরটি আমাদের পরিষেবার অবস্থানের তালিকায় অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়, তবে এলাকার বিস্তারিত তালিকা থেকে আপনার নির্দিষ্ট আশেপাশের অনুপস্থিতি বোঝায় যে পরিষেবাগুলি সম্ভবত আপনার আশেপাশে এখনও উপলব্ধ নয়৷ আমরা আপনাকে আমাদের পরিষেবার ক্ষেত্রগুলির সম্প্রসারণের বিষয়ে আপডেটের জন্য আমাদের অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগ চ্যানেলগুলির মাধ্যমে অবগত থাকার জন্য উত্সাহিত করি৷
টেকটাইম প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত সমস্ত মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় (বিডিটি) এবং সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য করের অন্তর্ভুক্ত। আপনার শপিং কার্টে প্রতিফলিত মূল্য সর্বদা পণ্যের ডেডিকেটেড বিশদ পৃষ্ঠায় প্রদর্শিত সর্বাধিক বর্তমান মূল্য হবে। আপনি আপনার কার্টে আইটেম যোগ করার সময় প্রাথমিকভাবে দেখানো মূল্য থেকে এই মূল্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে দয়া করে সচেতন হন। আপনার কার্টে একটি আইটেম রাখা সেই সময়ে প্রদর্শিত মূল্যের গ্যারান্টি দেয় না।
আপনি এটিকে আপনার কার্টে যোগ করার সময় এবং আপনার কেনাকাটা সম্পূর্ণ করার সময়ের মধ্যে একটি আইটেমের দাম হ্রাস করাও সম্ভব। আপনার কার্টের আইটেমগুলির জন্য এই ধরনের যেকোন মূল্য সমন্বয়গুলি কার্ট ইন্টারফেসের মধ্যে একটি বিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে আপনাকে স্পষ্টভাবে জানানো হবে।
টেকটাইম সাইটে তার ব্যবহারকারীদের সবচেয়ে সঠিক মূল্য তথ্য প্রদানের প্রচেষ্টা করে; তবে, অসাবধানতাবশত ত্রুটি ঘটতে পারে, যেমন উদাহরণ যেখানে একটি আইটেমের মূল্য ভুলভাবে প্রদর্শিত হয়। ফলস্বরূপ, টেকটাইম এই ধরনের মূল্যের ত্রুটি থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার পরম অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। কোনো আইটেমের মূল্য ভুল হলে, Techtime, তার নিজস্ব বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, হয় স্পষ্টীকরণ এবং নির্দেশাবলীর জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে অথবা আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করতে এবং এই ধরনের বাতিলকরণের বিষয়ে আপনাকে অবহিত করতে পারে। টেকটাইম-এর কাছে এই ধরনের যেকোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অযোগ্য অধিকার থাকবে, অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত করা হয়েছে কিনা এবং আপনার প্রিপেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়েছে কিনা। প্রিপেইড অর্ডার বাতিল হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, টেকটাইমের প্রচলিত রিফান্ড নীতিগুলি প্রতিদান প্রক্রিয়াকে পরিচালনা করবে।
অনুগ্রহ করে উপদেশ দিন যে এমন উদাহরণ থাকতে পারে যেখানে বিভিন্ন কারণের কারণে একটি আদেশ প্রক্রিয়া করা যাবে না। Techtime যেকোনো কারণে যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো আদেশ প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। একটি অর্ডার গ্রহণ করার আগে, আপনাকে আপনার ফোন নম্বর এবং ঠিকানা সহ কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয় অতিরিক্ত যাচাই বা তথ্য প্রদান করতে হতে পারে৷
ক্রেডিট বা ডেবিট কার্ড জালিয়াতির ঝুঁকি কমাতে, টেকটাইম আপনার অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ এবং আপনাকে পণ্য সরবরাহ করার আগে আপনার অর্থপ্রদানের বিশদ যাচাই করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। উপরন্তু, Techtime আপনি আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য যাচাই করতে পারে। এই যাচাইকরণ প্রক্রিয়ায় আপনার পরিচয়, বসবাসের স্থান বা ব্যাঙ্কিং তথ্য সম্পর্কিত চেক জড়িত থাকতে পারে। যুক্তিসঙ্গত সময়সীমার মধ্যে এই ধরনের অনুসন্ধানের সন্তোষজনক প্রতিক্রিয়া প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে আপনার অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যেতে পারে। টেকটাইম সুস্পষ্টভাবে যেকোন আদেশ সরাসরি বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে যেখানে ব্যাঙ্কিং যন্ত্রের প্রতারণামূলক ব্যবহার বা অন্যান্য সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপের ঝুঁকি সন্দেহ করা হয়, কোন পূর্ব নোটিশ প্রদান বা পরবর্তী কোন আইনি দায়বদ্ধতা ছাড়াই।
আপনি সাইট থেকে পণ্য কেনার সাথে যুক্ত সমস্ত ফি, খরচ এবং চার্জ প্রদানের জন্য সম্পূর্ণরূপে দায়ী থাকবেন। আপনি সুস্পষ্টভাবে গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী যে কোনো এবং সমস্ত প্রযোজ্য কর বহন করতে সম্মত হন।

ব্যবহারের ডেটা: আপনি কীভাবে টেকটাইম প্ল্যাটফর্ম অ্যাক্সেস করেন এবং ব্যবহার করেন সে সম্পর্কে আমরা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে কিছু তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে:

(iv) গ্রাহক সমর্থন: আপনাকে গ্রাহক সহায়তা প্রদান করতে এবং আপনার অনুসন্ধানের জবাব দিতে।
ব্যবহারের ডেটা: আমরা নিম্নলিখিত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার ডেটা ব্যবহার করি:

নিরাপত্তা: অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস, ব্যবহার, প্রকাশ, পরিবর্তন, বা ধ্বংসের বিরুদ্ধে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ডেটা রক্ষা করতে আমরা নিরাপদ সার্ভার এবং এনক্রিপশন প্রোটোকল সহ যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা প্রয়োগ করি। যাইহোক, অনুগ্রহ করে বুঝে নিন যে ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে সংক্রমণের কোনো পদ্ধতি বা ইলেকট্রনিক স্টোরেজ পদ্ধতি সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ নয়।

পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী: আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিশ্বস্ত তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীদের সাথে শেয়ার করতে পারি যারা টেকটাইম প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরিচালনা করতে আমাদের সহায়তা করে, যেমন হোস্টিং প্রদানকারী, বিশ্লেষণ প্রদানকারী এবং গ্রাহক সহায়তা পরিষেবা। এই পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীরা চুক্তিবদ্ধভাবে আপনার তথ্য রক্ষা করতে এবং এটি শুধুমাত্র আমাদের পরিষেবা প্রদানের উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে বাধ্য৷
আইনি প্রয়োজনীয়তা: বাংলাদেশে আইন, আইনি প্রক্রিয়া বা বৈধ সরকারী অনুরোধের মাধ্যমে তা করার প্রয়োজন হলে আমরা আপনার তথ্য সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষ বা আইন প্রয়োগকারী সংস্থার কাছে প্রকাশ করতে পারি।

অ্যাক্সেস এবং নিয়ন্ত্রণ: আপনি আপনার Google অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের কিছু দিক পর্যালোচনা এবং আপডেট করতে পারেন এবং আপনার Google অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংসের মাধ্যমে আপনার Google অ্যাকাউন্টে Techtime-এর অ্যাক্সেস প্রত্যাহার করতে পারেন। যাইহোক, দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে অ্যাক্সেস প্রত্যাহার করা আপনার Google অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করে Techtime এ লগ ইন করার ক্ষমতাকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে।
