Program Structure
There are 3 levels in the Point Club:
1. Silver Club
2. Gold Club
3. Platinum Club
How Customers Earn Points
Customers can earn loyalty points through three main activities:
1. Shopping (Purchase Order Program)
2. Referring Friends (Refer-a-Friend Program)
3. Writing a Review
1. Shopping (Purchase Order Program)
For every 100 BDT spent, the customer gets 1 point
To earn points:
• The user must be logged in.
• Points are awarded only for completed orders.
• No points are given for guest checkouts, cancelled, or refunded orders.
2. Refer-a-Friend Program (Referring Friends)
Customers can share a unique referral link with friends.
If the referred friend Signs up using the link, and places their first successful order, then both users (referrer and referee) receive points. Reward is given once per referred friend.
3. Writing a Review
Customers can earn 1 point for writing a product review.
The review must be:
• Submitted by a logged-in user
• Manually approved by an admin before points are awarded.
How to Use (Redeem) Points
Customers can redeem loyalty points through three main activities:
1. Discount on orders
2. Free delivery on eligible orders
3. Exclusive vendor deals and promotional offers
1. Discount on Order
Points can be used to get a discount on selected products or categories.
Rules:
• There must be a minimum order value.
• Customers can get up to 10% discount per order.
• Maximum of 200 points can be used per order.
• Admin (Techtime) will decide which items are eligible. Vendors can’t set this.
2. Free Delivery via Points
• Inside Dhaka → Free delivery for 50 points
• Outside Dhaka → Free delivery for 100 points
3. Exclusive vendor deals and promotional offers
• Special deals during campaigns where points can be used on selected products.
• Works similarly to discount on order, but under time-limited offers.
Vendor Incentives (Extra Points)
Vendors can offer extra points on specific products to attract more buyers.
• Example: Instead of 1 point for 100 BDT, vendors can offer 2, 3, or more points.
• This setup will be done from the vendor panel.
• The cost of extra points will be taken from the vendor’s balance/ledger.
Program Conditions
• Only registered/logged-in users are eligible to earn points
• Points are not awarded for guest checkout transactions
• No points will be awarded in case of cancellations or refunds
• Unused points will expire after a certain period (configurable)
Terms and Modifications
• Techtime reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at anytime without prior notice.
• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
