Answer: Absolutely! All products purchased from Techtime include an official warranty as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and other specified issues, giving customers peace of mind about their purchases.
Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes, Techtime provides an order tracking service for all shipped orders. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. This ID can be used to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier company’s tracking system.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact Techtime’s customer support team immediately. You’ll need to provide proof of the issue, such as photos or videos, along with your order details. After verification, Techtime will arrange for a replacement or refund as per its return policy.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
The Techtime website displays real-time inventory updates. If a product is out of stock, it will be marked accordingly on the product page. Customers can also inquire about availability by contacting the customer care directly.
EMI
What is EMI?
Answer: EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) is one of the payment methods of online shopping, only for the customers using any of the accepted Credit Cards on Motionview.com.bd. It allows customers to pay for their ordered products in easy equal monthly installments.
Can I avail EMI facility using Debit card/bkash/cash?
Answer: You can avail EMI facility only with a credit card. Currently, we have an EMI facility with a credit card of 29 banks. You will not be able to avail EMI facility without a credit card.
Is there any EMI submission timeline?
Answer: There is no timeline to submit the EMI form but we ask the customers to submit the EMI form within the 15 working days of the transaction date. If the bank charges for delayed submission Motion View will not be liable.
What is the maximum complaint timeline for EMI activation?
Answer: If the EMI is not activated within 10 working days of the EMI form submission date, the customer must inform Motion View regarding the issue. If the issue is older than 60 days, Motion View will not be liable for any additional charges.
Can I avail EMI facilities with low range products?
Answer: You will be able to avail EMI facility if the grand total of your order is over BDT 5,000 but you will not get 0% EMI facility. You have to pay convenience fees.

Why was my payment declined?
Answer: Payments may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient balance, or issues with your bank. Please contact your bank or try an alternate payment method.
Loyalty Reward
Answer: Each product comes with unique purchase points, visible on the product details page. Upon successful delivery, the points for that product will be added to your Techtime account. If you purchase multiple products at once, you will receive points for all the products collectively.
Answer: All points are valid for 3 months. If you don't utilize the points earned within this timeframe, they will be removed from your wallet.
